Learn about EMDR Therapy & how it can help you heal

You’ll learn about how EMDR Therapy works & how we can utilize the principles of EMDR to help you regain safety in your mind & body.


Practice skills that you can use to calm & find safety

Every session, we will learn new skills for reducing anxiety & feeling safer in your body. The skills learned in this group are based in neuroscience to promote healing at the deepest level, so the progress you make will last well beyond the conclusion of the group.

FAQs

  • Each weekly group session is just $60. I believe mental health support should be accessible & available to everyone. Group therapy is a great way to gain the benefits of mental health therapy at a lower out-of-pocket cost.

  • Each group session will include time for education about EMDR Therapy & how our brains function. We will then learn & practice new skills for increasing relaxation, gaining confidence, & finding safety in the present moment. Each group will also include time for reflection & practical applications for carrying what you've learned into everyday life.

    This is NOT a trauma processing group, meaning we will not be sharing details about your trauma in the large group. The focus of this group is education and safety through learning techniques to enhance your well-being.

  • No; this group is intentionally designed as a closed group. This means that once the group starts, new members will not be added. This ensures that the group feels safe for all members & allows us to grow us a small, dedicated group of women.

  • To make sure each cohort feels safe and cohesive, you will choose to be part of either the in-person OR the virtual cohort. Every aspect of this group is designed to make ensure a safe and grounded experience, so members will not be allowed to switch between groups once the cohorts have started.
